His expertise includes workplace assessments, workers’ compensation risk evaluations, incident investigations and more. As an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, Jose delivers clear instruction grounded in real-world application. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public safety and emergency management, along with credentials in fall protection, excavation safety, defensive driving, CPR/First Aid/AED and Lean Six Sigma.

Luis Repreza has more than 20 years of experience in construction, general industry safety and loss control. As CCN Loss Control Manager, he develops safety programs, provides regulatory guidance and helps organizations reduce workplace risk.

His experience spans construction, manufacturing, education, government and other industries. Luis conducts field assessments, compliance audits and documentation reviews, providing practical recommendations that strengthen safety performance.

A former United States Marine, Luis is a Construction Health and Safety Technician, Occupational Health and Safety Specialist and Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer. He also develops Injury and Illness Prevention Programs and delivers OSHA 10- and 30-hour training, along with instruction in confined spaces, lockout/tagout, respiratory protection, ergonomics and incident investigation.

Marvin Hernandez-Garcia, CSP

Marvin Hernandez-Garcia brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in occupational safety, environmental health, logistics and risk management, including 20 years in the United States Marine Corps.

He supports employers across construction, transportation, healthcare, property management, nonprofit organizations and general industry. Marvin conducts workplace assessments, OSHA and Cal/OSHA audits, incident investigations and hazard analyses to reduce injuries, improve compliance and limit workers’ compensation losses.

As a Certified Safety Professional, he develops Injury and Illness Prevention Programs, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans, Emergency Action Plans and other safety procedures. Marvin also provides bilingual training in English and Spanish, including OSHA 10- and 30-hour General Industry courses. Emanuel “Manny” Toledo

Emanuel “Manny” Toledo brings more than 20 years of experience in safety, construction, manufacturing, welding and regulatory compliance. As Regional Manager and Director of the Pesticide Division, he provides risk management, loss control and safety support to employers across construction, trucking and general industry.

Manny conducts field assessments, compliance audits, underwriting evaluations and incident response, helping clients reduce hazards and improve performance. He also develops safety programs, training materials and practical recommendations tailored to each organization.

An Authorized OSHA and Cal/OSHA Outreach Trainer, Manny delivers instruction on excavation, heavy equipment, confined spaces, lockout/tagout and other workplace safety topics. He is also a Certified Associate Welding Inspector and National Safety Council CPR and First Aid Instructor.

William O. Rodriguez

William O. Rodriguez brings more than 31 years of leadership, safety and logistics experience, including a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, where he retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant. As an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, William provides workplace assessments, risk evaluations and practical safety training focused on OSHA compliance, hazard recognition, defensive driving, ergonomics, emergency preparedness and incident prevention.

He also holds Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, bringing a strong focus on continuous improvement, efficiency and practical risk reduction.
